Stop order are pending, why ?

Just to confirm, an entry order has filled completely, and the stop loss is stuck in the Pending Submit state, is this correct?

the oco so the stop loss and the profit target limit (we guess it comes from stop loss..)

Are you confirming that after an entry order fills, the Stop Loss is submitted and becomes stuck in the PendingSubmit state?
