Trend lines created on long time frames not rendering correctly on short timeframes

If I create for example a trend line on a weekly chart and set it to render on all charts for that instrument, then open say a 5 min chart, it will not render the trend line correctly unless I explicitly load sufficient data into the 5 min chart to anchor the start ( and end ) point of the line created on the higher time frame. Any practical way around this? e.g. Somehow load those two additional datapoints as properties of the line. Will this behaviour be the same in NT8 ?

Thanks for the post vlc - you are correct in understanding, presently the data would need to loaded to allow all anchor to be set as needed. I will discuss with our developers for the NT8 handling question you raised.
