NT7 historical data corrupted

Hello,

I have just installed NT7 on my laptop. It is the first time I am using it. I tried to download historical data of different stocks. Data for 2013 for all the stocks is corrupted. I download the data from Kinetick. I tried to Reload the data using the "Reload All" bottom on Historical data manager with no success.

Once I click over the 2013 data under Edit tab on Historical Data Manager II get the following message: "Unable to read data file 'D:\Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\day\SLB\2013.Last.nt d'.

I tried to install the 2 NT7 versions available. Both with the same problem. I am unable to open any data on charts.

Could you please advise?

Thanks for your post.

I tested Kinetick data for AAPL on my end during this time with no issue.
Please provide a screenshot showing what is incorrect with your data
Do you have an anti virus/firewall installed on your system and if so which one? (example: Norton, AVG, Avast)
Do you have a backup or auto backup program running on your system?
