Hi, i been getting this error for months dont know why i waited so long to ask here, i guess its becoming reeeaaaaally annoying.

sometimes when i try to connect to MBTrading the following appears:

Error on loading chart data for "any currency": Error (errServerSideInvalidTime) on loading historical data


so after waiting half hour for every pair loading to give the same error, i gotta close & restart NT and pray this time loads properly.


Is there a fix for this?

So that I may investigate this matter further please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

The trace file is a diagnostic file which you will find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20141223.txt'.
