Sugar not charting

The sugar 11 contract sb 03-15 just shows a blank screen no chart.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
Which bar interval is selected in the chart? (tick, day, minute, etc.)

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thank you for getting back to me.

NinjaTrader historical data servers do not record data for SB and, as a result, only real-time SB data can be accessed through this connection.

It would be possible to access historical SB data using other data sources. For example, the free Kinetick EOD feed which you will find under the File > Connect menu offers daily SB data.

Please note that if you will be using this feed you will want to ensure that you connect to Kinetick EOD before connecting to your Continuum account to ensure that daily data comes from the Kinetick connection. So "live" charting is not available for the soft products @ ICE?

Real-time SB data can be accessed. Historical data for SB is not available at NinjaTrader historical data servers.
