Merging data specifics

Hi Guys,

I'm a little confused when it comes to merging contracts to consolidate data. Mainly around the dates.

If I've got the following contracts,

ES 09-07
ES 12-07
ES 03-08
ES 06-08

If I wanted to merge the data from all four into one contract... I guess it only makes sense to merge them into the current contract, the ES 06-08... then how would I go about doing it...? What dates would I use to merge them together correctly...? Any guidelines would be gratefully received.

Unfortuntely I've read your guide, literally, cover to cover... and it's not clear (to me at least).

Any chance you can give some pointers...? Or anyone else whose actually performed this procedure successfully...??
