keep on losing connection to cqg

for the past 2 weeks I keep on losing connection to cqg--usually reconnects after a few minutes but I can't trade live under the constant threat of being disconnected. Happens about average once per hour.

I am not losing connection to the internet but only to cqg and actually the charts still remain active while in the disconnected state but can't execute any trade until it reconnects.

Anything in Ninja to tweak or do that might fix this issue?

Thank you for the post.

Based on what you described, it sounds like a latency issue somewhere between you and the servers you are connecting to.

Due to the nature of the markets most broker connections are very sensitive to latency. What may be considered a normal amount of latency can result in a lost connection.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

i did the mail to support--never had a chance to access the body of mail to reference anything.
