Market Depth

Hi,

Can someone explain why I’m not seeing market depth on the DOM for FX futures traded on globex when you can see that I’m receiving Market Depth from IQ Feed?

No problems with market depth for other futures contracts such as ES, CL, NG etc....

Hi Stephen, thanks for writing in.

Have you attempted to reset your instruments and try again? To reset your instruments: disconnect from your active datafeeds (via Control Center > Disconnect) and then from the Control Center, go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Additionally, ensure that you have the 'Show market depth' in the SuperDOM Properties dialog set to 'True.' To access the SuperDOM Properties dialog, right-click anywhere on the SuperDOM window, then left-click 'Properties'
