Connecting to eSignal data manager

Hello!

I have an issue with importing real-time data from my trading terminal to NinjaTrader.

Trading terminal using by my current broker has ability to export realtime data to another software via eSignal Data Manager(winros.exe).
For example, if I install Metastock software with Signal(Broadcast version) then I can import data from my trading terminal in realtime.

netstat command line tool shows me that eSignal ports 2189 and 2194 are opened.

But NinjaTrader for something reason won't connect to this data source via eSignal adapter.

Would you advice me anything to overcome this issue?

Thanks for writing in.

NinjaTrader does not support this set up and we are unfamiliar with any configuration for this on eSignals end.
You may be able to contact eSignal to verify that this is properly set up within eSignal.
For the NinjaTrader end please ensure the eSignal connection is configured per the connection guide.
