Interactive Brokers Provider Not Showing

I have TWS and NT installed and am trying to connect the two. I am following the tutorial on this site located here:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGuides/Interactive-Brokers-Connection-Guide.php

But on step 9, I do not have an Interactive Brokers provider listed at all.I have:

Barchart.com
ESignal
FXCM
Google
IQFeed
Kinetic
NinjaTrader Rythmic
Yahoo

I have tried running TWS and the TWS gateway api, but to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks.
