HeikenAshi blank chart

Hi

I am testing a strategy and am facing an unusual problem suddenly today.

I open a new chart for EURUSD and it shows up as expected. Then I open indicators and add HeikenAshi and the bars just disappear, as if the color is white. Orders that entered and exited show up as expected, with the little blue and pink arrow heads but on an empty background.

Any ideas where to look?

Thank you for the question.

When using the HeikenAshi indicator the Bar color no longer is able to be set in the DataSeries window because the indicator is overriding it. Have you made sure in the HeikenAshi indicator properties the colors for the bars are set to a color?

If this is not the case can you please attach a screenshot containing the data series window and also a screenshot of the heiken ashi properties with the chart?

It is all ok now, thanks! It was working well, the color had been set correctly. But earlier today I had cleared all the historical data, perhaps that could have caused it?

Anyway, I let the chart be like that for some time and then the HeikenAshi chart appeared as it should.
