Chart behaviour

Hello,

I have started ninjatrader after 5 months due to health problem.

Charts arent moving .In a 5 min chart the bar timer says 10 hours and 8 min

I have a pic with the settings I made for Greece time which is gmt +2

What I am doing wrong ?

Can you please check the items listed at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive realtime data.

Make sure 'End date' is set to today's date in the Data Series menu of the chart as well.

I have checked all these they are ok , session pc clock etc

The version is 7.0.1000.22 multibroker live license

Can you please download and install the latest NinjaTrader version (7.0.1000.26) from the link below on top of your current version. Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down when installing the new version.

Once you have the latest version installed, please disconnect your data feed. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader, connect to your data feed and check if you receive realtime data for the EURUSD.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, Chart behaviour' in the subject header.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20141210 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20141210 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
