Difference between FXCM US and France ?

I'm working with a US friend, and he has different forex data as me (little). We get the same data providers (FXCM), same chart adjustment, same options, same Ninjatrader version. Where these little differences come from ?

1.) Which versions of NinjaTrader are the two of you using? (Help > About)
2.) Which historical data servers do the two of you use - NinjaTrader or FXCM servers?
3.) If you were to both right click in the chart and reload historical data would the chart still contain descrepencies?
4.) Is the same Session Template setting used in both of the charts?

New finding : we get the same chart data, but when he set-up a strat thanks to the strat tab (and not from the chart), he has different data and the strat reacts quite differently as the same strat but set-up from the chart.

Can you clarify what exact type of strategy differences you are seeing now that data is matching between the machines?
