Is there a method to copy session templates to another computer? Or do I just have to labouriously re-create them?

Session templates are stored in your database file. The database file can be saved as a part of a backup and restored to another PC by following the instructions in the Backup & Restore section of our help guide:
Backup & Restore
Bear in mind, the follow items are also stored in your database file, and therefore will also transfer onto your new PC with the backup and restore process:
ATM Strategy templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments, historical trade execution data, and saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results.
