Refund please

Hi,

I recently bought a licence to trade CFD's on Interactive brokers
Now it seems to be the case that i can not trade cfd's

Many other charting programs will let me trade cfd automatically
Even crummy software like Fibonacci trader can do that.

I have spend countless hours to get the symbols accepted by the
trade servers but it does not work.

So i'm upset to find out that it does not work and now i want my money back as ninjatrader.com has not delivered the product that i wanted to have.

Hi Kyle,

Just to get back on this topic.
With the quick help from the Ninjatrader team i got the info needed to work around this issue.
Why trade IBUS500 CFD if you can also trade SPY shares. Based on the the same thing: the SP500
