flatten everything doesn't work!!!!!!

Hi all!
yesterday was the second time that I had a BIG problem with ninjatrader in closing position.
In the specific, I lost the control of the position, when I tried to close manually a position with "flatten everything" or "close position" control ninja reduplicate my position!!! was totally crazy!
I have made a video of this behaviour, I want to post it here if I can... Have you heard again this kind of problem??

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, flatten everything doesn't work!!!!!!' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Please include at what time you hit 'Flatten Everything'.

yes, but yesterday trace file is 64mb and log 11mb; can I send them in another way?

I think this is the best way to send files that are large. If you manually attach them in an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, it will be rejected due to the large file size.

If you send an email this way, we receive an email with a link that will take us to your log and trace files.
