DOM Not working

Hi,

Any reason why the Dynamic/Static Super DOM would stop working?

Works for currencies but not futures....

How do I troubleshoot a problem like this?

I've restarted my PC and it's still not working.....!

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
Who is your broker?
What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

CL (Crude Oil) 01-15, but its impacting all futures contracts

This has worked for weeks on end and now, today it doesn't so the the question is; what have you done?

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

IQFeed dropped my ‘Market Depth’ permission….!

It’s been added back and now I can see depth for futures.
