When I export the market analyzer grid to CSV, it is not coming out in the same sorted order as displayed in the grid. I have autosort on and am connected to a feed. It seeemed to be working correctly earlier when I was not connected to any feed.

If I export to excel, it comes out in the correct sorted order.

Is this a known behaviour? how do I get CSVs exported that are sorted in the same way as the MA grid?

also, what Excel file version does ninjatrader export to?

Hello NinjaCustomer,

It saves data based on the Instrument column even if a different order is displayed in the Market Analyzer due to 'Auto Sort'.

If you export it to Excel, it will use the same order as displayed in the Market Analyzer.

There is no specific Excel file version that NinjaTrader exports to. It will use the Excel version you have installed.
