    Big gaps in data

    Hi,

    I am trying to fix the gaps in my 1min data.
    I was using FXCM and found a hidden gap of 4 days from 11-16 Nov inUSDJPY.
    I realise that FXCM has dismal quality data but when I disconnected and reconnected using dtn, I was surprised to see gap still there.
    Now I am suspecting it's the usual Ninja software issue as 1 instance has the issue and another doesn't.
    Could you please advise how to flush data and reload.

    Thank you for your post.

    I would recommend that you try deleting the existing data and reloading from either FXCM or IQ Feed.

    To delete data:
    • Open the Historical Data Manager (Tools > Historical Data Manager)
    • In the Edit tab, select USDJPY then Last, then the type of data you wish to remove (tick, minute or day). Next, right click on November 2014 and select Delete.
    • Finally, exit the historical data manager and reload data by creating a new chart which requests data from this timeframe.
