strategy doesn't run on Topstep trader account

Hi, I am a topstep trader user, using ninja trader platform to trade. I design a strategy, and it running fine on sim101 account, but when I run it on topstep trading account, all order has been rejected.

Do anyone have some idea? Thanks.

Please send me a note to Platform Support by going to Help -> Mail to Platfor Support

Put ATTN Cal in the subject and include a reference to this thread in the body.

Ensure that the Log and Trace files is selected before sending.

When I want to send email from ninja platform, it always said attachment not exist even if I uncheck the all attachment, and stop email sent out.

What I can do now?

Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to your response, so I may investigate this matter further.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20141121.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20141121.txt"
