RHX|ASX No 1-minute data with eSignal

Hi there,

I'm using eSignal for my data feed and I'm not able to view 1-minute data for RHX|ASX.

I eSignal and they are able to view all 1-min data for this stock code.

I have successfully viewed 1-min data for many other stock codes.

Can you please assist?

scottyheist, do you get any error messages shown in the NT Control Center log tab when this occurs? Is realtime data coming in fine when you check the Time and Sales for this stock symbol?

Thanks for your help.

I have attached a screen shot of my log.

I have also attached a screen shot of all the data that I have in my 1-min chart. Ass you can see there isn't really any data being displayed.

Thanks, if I check into the symbol itself there doesn't seem to be that much action in it. What do you see for example for a longer term 60 minute or even daily chart?

Hi Bertrand,

I have attached a 60min chart and a daily.

I mentioned earlier that I called up eSignal and there were able to see all minute data without any issues. They said that it must be something wrong with NT.
