Shifting timestamp of intraday bars

Datafeed = Interactive Brokers
Session template = RTH

Intraday bars seem to reflect timestamps corresponding to the bar's closing time.

For example, on a 30min chart, a day's first bar has a timestamp of 10:00, and the last bar has a timestamp of 16:00.

How can I shift the timestamps to the bar's open time, in this example, to 09:30 and 15:30, respectively?

Unfortunately, this is not an option. The timestamp will always reflect the close time.
