Can't Submit Live order using chart trader

Hi,

I am trying to submit live order on my demo account using chart trader and ATM strategy. it is keep rejecting and saying "there is no market data available to drive the simulation engine". I verified my CQG credentials and there is no issue there.

What should I do?

It was working couple of weeks ago with no issue but not today.

Hello Zee,

The error indicates no realtime data is received in NinjaTrader for the instrument you are trying to trade.

Can you please check the items listed at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive realtime data.

Make sure 'End date' is set to today's date in the Data Series menu of the chart as well.

Are you able to submit orders in the SuperDOM?

If you select the instrument in question in the Control Center-->Orders-tab, do you see realtime data in the upper left corner?
