i got this error message, as u can see in attachment. I have selected an account but i am still getting this error message.

fLife, thanks for the post - could you please contact us via Help > Mail to Support so we could review the diagnostic log / trace files?

Can you still reproduce this if you open a new chart in your workspace and enable the ChartTrader interface then?

The problem remains after changing workspaces.

fLife, how did testing after a fresh restart of the platform work out? Would the issue persist then?

I re-load new one workspace, but problem remains. May be, i do something wrong, so can you please let me know, step by step, whats neccesary to do ? Thank you Bertrand

I fixed it, i had in one group two accounts and after delete this group, the problem does not exist anymore. What was the problem ? For my giving orde i didn use this group of accounts.
