"You cannot change your license key while you have running strategies."

"You cannot change your license key while you have running strategies." appears with no open charts and no active ATM strategies in the DOM. I'm trying to renter my multibroker lifetime license and am unable. How can I prevent that dialog box from stopping me?

Hello,

There are a few items to check to make sure this message does not appear.

One is in the control center, go to the strategies tab and see if there are any active strategies listed.

If there are none you may try disconnecting from any data provider and then enter the key.

If the above fails please let me know.
