Charts stop printing live data while still connected!!

Hello, at least once or twice an hour, one or more of my charts stop printing live data and I have to reload historical data to get it working again. I am using a MACbook air running parallels. what can I do to stop this?

In order to assist you, please let me know the following:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? (Example: ES 12-14, AAPL, EURUSD etc...)
• (For a chart) what interval is selected? (Example: 1 minute, 4 range, 89 tick, 1 day etc...)
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
