automated trading via charts

hi
im want to try my strategy live and im trying to do it with file>charts and apply the strategy on the chart but it just wont buy/sell by the rules .

what can be the problem ?

Thank you for your post.

So I may investigate this matter further please answer the following questions.

• What color is your strategy on the Strategies tab of the NinjaTrader Control Center? White, Green or Yellow?
  
• Do you see results when running the same chart with the SampleMaCrossOver strategy in NinjaTrader?
  
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
  
• What instrument(s) have you selected? If a futures instrument, what expiry is selected? (Example: ES 06-13)
  
• What interval is selected for your chart(s)? (Example: Tick, Minute, Day, etc.)
  
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

1) the strategy is in white
2)haven't tried it on the samle
3)connected to barcharts
3)equity
4)5 min bar
5)i dont receive anything

Thank you for your response.

Please right click in your chart > select Strategies > select the strategy you added > set the Enabled option to True > OK.
