Problem Downloading Currency L1 Replay Data

Greetings,

I'm having trouble downloading currency L1 forex replay data, particularly, $EURUSD, $GBPUSD, and $USDJPY. The problem occurred since Sun 11-02-2014 till today. The error message is the usual:

'There is no L1 replay data available for instrument/date'

Any help here is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The Data Management team here has redirected users to different servers to download Forex Market Replay data. Please restart NinjaTrader and attempt to download the desired data. If you are still experiencing the same afterwards, please write in to us at platformsupport[@]ninjatrader.com.
