Have one commission rate set at 2,0; on a day with 25 round turns ($4 total per round turn), performance tab shows $200 in commissions. Shouldn't that be $100??? Also, is there any way to have the PnL when flat in chart trader panel, show number including commissions?

Do you have any other numbers listed for your commisions?
Are these Instrument Level Commissions or Global commissions?

To see the commission in your PnL go under Tools--> Options--> General tab, make sure that 'Apply Commission to P/L Calculations' is checked.
