something wrong with strategy

it is supposed to take trades whenever the oscillator crosses the '0' line. in the screenshot..you can see that it took one trade according to condtions, but then the next trade it did not- no crossover..but it still took a trade. Im baffled..

just sent log and trace files to platform support

WOW..I cant even send mail to platform support! pop-up states..no email program created..etc..etc..

how do I set up email in NT7? I searched help center for this..but found nothing

this is frustrating and seems overly complicated..I should just be able to send my log and trace files with my email addy.. w out having to "set up" some type of mail system..

These errors are usually caused by your ISP or router blocking SMTP port 25.

To bypass this issue you may want to use your own e-mail provider, to use your own provider please visit the forum link below for further information.

Thank you for your help..I finally figured out the problem w my strategy..

the problem was related to the oscillator movement and bar close..no coding problems
