    No installation possible on WinServ 2012R2

    Hi,

    I just tried to re-install NT7 on a new WinServer 2012R2 install, which already worked so far in the past. Today, I downloaded the "setup.exe" and tried to install NT7. But get the message "Failed to download NinjaTrader" immediately (please find attached). I just have MalwareBytes and Symantec Endpoint Protection installed. I shut bot off and did not work either.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Mike

    Hello Mike,

    Thanks for your post.

    In order to download or upgrade NinjaTrader you may need to clear your browser cache. Please follow the steps listed below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

    * Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
    * Delete your browsing history
    * Sync your PC clock *see instructions below
    * Attempt the download again

    If the above does not work then try:

    * Repeat above instructions
    * Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

    *Please use the steps below to change your Time Zone and sync the PC clock, note to set the server to time.nist.gov.
    You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Press 'Change time zone...' Set the Time zone and press 'OK'.
    Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.
