Problem with Index Data

Hello,

I have following Problem with the Index Data:
I am running NT 7 Ver 22 live LT-License and I have the Continuum connection through NT Brokerage. I have subscribed to the index data in the account connections.

The problem I have is, that the index data will load the historical data but will not refresh in real time. I can reload the historical data and it then it will bring it up to the recent 1min Candle, but the real time data does not refresh automatically. So I only can see the recent price level when I reload the historical data every minute.

I have the "Include index data" checked in the connection options. Is there anything else I need to do? Also I have reset the instrument manager to default settings and started NT again.

You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
Once located, please attach the config.xml file to your email.
