No minutes charts!

Hallo,

I´m using NT ....26.
My data-provider are IB (over TWS) or fxcm.

When I´m using daily and weekly-charts all works fine.
But when I´m changing in minutes-charts (60 min or 240 min) NT crashed...

But the marketanalyzer-template works fine with minute-datas.

I´m deinstalling and install NT - no sucess.

What is the problem?

Do you receive any error messages on screen when you see the crash occur? Which version of TWS do you have installed?


I am not sure what is causing the situation initially based on this description. With that being said, I can investigate this further with you.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your latest log and trace file:

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20141030.txt"

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20141030.txt"
