Bad data FXCM demo - incomprehensible

Get a problem with a friend : on my computer, forex data from fxcm are good and on another hand forex data from FXCM on his computer are horrible (look at the picture)

We have exactly the same adjustments, same licence key, same connection adjustments. So the question is, why ?

After, are you both using the same NT7 version and also accessing the same data server for historical data as per the FXCM connection options?

I find where was the problem : Option ---> data ---> put the accuracy to tenthpip
