Limit Order?

I am trying to build a strategy with the strategy wizard but how do i put in the parameter for the limit order?

Under the Do The Following section you would select Add and then set up the desired limit order.

What part are you not able to set up for the limit order?

How do you input the price? Do you actually type in a price or offset the order by ticks?

I have attached an image on how to add the price to this screenshot.

How would you put together the logic if the market price was rising and you wanted to go long and if the market price was falling and you wanted to go short?
This is where i have trouble trying to figure out how to put things together in the condition builder.
