Recommended Settings for Demo Trading to be similar to Real Trading

I know the title is a bit complicated to understand. I want to know what are the recommended settings on Ninja Trader when demo trading to make it as close as the real deal. By the real deal, I mean commission, slippage, margin, etc.. I want to make it as close as possible.

You can set up commission within NinjaTrader from the "Options" window by selecting the "Commission" tab. I have included a link that provides details about setting up commission within NinjaTrader.

Make sure to also select "Apply commission to PnL calculations".

Additionally, you can adjust margin, initial cash, and other account details for the simulator from the "Simulator" tab of the "Options" window. I have provided a link about this tab below.
