no real-push data from Eurex

I do not get real-push data for futures from Eurex. I have to reload if I want the newest price. What goes wrong?

Hello powerlobster,

I assume you have your account with our NinjaTrader brokerage. Your NinjaTrader Continuum connection is likely not enabled for Eurex data. Please send us an email at brokerage[at]ninjatrader[dot]com including your account number and the request to have Eurex data enabled.

Yes, please contact your broker to enable such data. If you do not have your trading account with our NinjaTrader brokerage, you will need to contact your broker to enable additional data.
