Problem with IB native OCO

I'm having a problem with my strategy with IB native OCO. When one side of the OCO fills, IB immediately cancels the unfilled order on their side. However Ninja also tries to cancel the unfilled side of the OCO, generating order doesn't exist or overfill errors, sometimes closing all positions and shutting the script down.

Is this a configuration issue on my part? Or is there something I need to do in my Ninjascript to prevent it from trying to cancel the unfilled half of the OCO that the broker already cancelled?
