Charts Go Blank when changing symbol via Analyzer

3 times today, when clicking on a symbol in the market analyzer, some or all of the linked charrts go blank. No way to fix unless I shut down NT and start up again. Then it happens again. If a chart does display, it updates correctly. I am running 6.5.1000.1 on Vista Business. No other problems. Please advise ASAP.

Addition: new charts are blank as well.
Cannot send trace file though help menu, mail does not respond either. When I abort mail, NT crashes.

I was unable to reproduce this on my end. What charts are you attempting to populate from the Market Analyzer? What contract type / bar type? Do you have any 3rd party indicators running on your Market Analyzer or Charts? If so, what indicators are you running? Please attach your log file from today to the email sent previously. Your log files can be found in the file folder MyDocuments/NinjaTrader6.5/log.
