Market replay

Hello, apologize for marginal question. NT cannot show some data in market replay. I need data of FGBL 9-14. The most of them is ok, but a few days doesn´t work. For example 2.9.2014 is ok, but 3.9. not. It writes: There is no L1 replay data available for instrument/date. Can you help me please? Thank you and sorry for my bad english!

PS: I have live AMP account and NT free (for my paper trading)

I can confirm that this level 2 data is missing from our Market Replay server.

Thank you for reporting this data as missing.

I will report this to our IT department. Usually the data will be restored on the weekend but I will need to confirm this.

There are several instruments, including the CL, that have missing level 2 data in Market Replay for the . We have reported to our IT department the data is missing.

Typically, data is scheduled to be restored during the weekend.
