CQG data feed

Anyone having problems with NinjaTrader+CQG data feed? This AM the feed is erratic and slow. Checked ping and download/upload is 30/6 at the same time as I'm experiencing the problem. Other apps seem fine. Computer is Falcon-52X quadcore, water-cooled, 32 GB RAM, ...

slow is the best case for me. 30 min try and can not even connect.
As you guys grow your business, please make sure the quality stay at least the same as before!

Please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located within the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the 'trace.20141016.txt' file.

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)
Which data source are you attempting to connect to? (CQG, NinjaTrader Continuum, etc.)
Are you working with a live or demo account?
When attempting to connect does an error appear on screen? If so, what does the error report?
