Problem No Connection anymore

Hi Support,

I can't connect to my live trading accounts anymore. Downloading market replay data also doesn't work.
I had a little program from marketreplay.net installed to download data. When using it I had problems and NinjaTrader freezed. After that I couldn't connect anymore to the accounts.

I already had a fresh install of ninjatrader and removed the programm of the bin/custom folder. but still no improvement.

How can I setup NinjaTrader completely fresh?

Hello Thowe,

You can completely uninstall/reinstall NinjaTrader using the steps below. You will lose all settings and data.

Uninstall NinjaTrader via the Windows Control Panel-->Add/Remove Programs (XP), Programs and Features (Vista and later).

Manually delete the (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 folder.

Clear your browser cache and download and install NinjaTrader 7 at the link below.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, Problem No Connection anymore' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.

thanks for your fast reply. Actually I solved my problem. It was an dropbox-upload that crahsed my connection. No everything works again.
