Chart data not loading

Hello,

I have an existing workspace with 3 charts are successfully running crude (ie prices are moving). When I attempt to open another chart (a 5 minute chart with no template) and load crude (or any other instrament for that matter) - I just get a white empty chart. No data loads at all (please see screenshot).

Is there anything I can do to attempt to get new charts to show data? (I have already tried right clicking and saying "reload all historical data). I also have tried a daily chart with 5 days to load but with no luck.

Any ideas? This happens to me about four or five times a week upon which shutting down Ninja and restarting it resolves this problem.

The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the 'trace.20141015.txt' file.
