Cannot place more than one OCA per vehicle/timeframe

I have a strategy that creates an OCA and transmits it to IB.

The first time a chart is opened AND on a specific time frame, the strategy works absolutely fine.

However, if I then close the chart and even close NT and re-open, if I open the same vehicle on the same timeframe and attempt to run the strategy again the order fails with the message

IB, Order rejected - reason: The OCA Group order has already been filled. (201) affected Order:Sell 1 [email protected]

This order was from the Yen 10 min chart. If I instead even move to an 11 min chart then the strategy will work fine, but again just the once.

Are you using the Unmanaged Order Approach for your strategy? Is this your own custom strategy or one developed by a third party?

The strategy is being developed for me by a third party and does use the unmanaged order approach.

You would need to inform the developer that the OCO id must change between order sets.
