FXCM data loading with gaps that aren't there

Why is this happening? I cleared all historical data in the Historical Data / Edit tab and restarted NT7 too

I also cleared all the data out of the NinjaTrader 7 / db folder and started a new db .sdf file. I think FXCM might need to be alerted that their NT7 data has strange gaps and doesn't match the Trading Station II data

What is the date and time range of the data that is missing?

In the Tools -> Account Connections -> FXCM connection -> General, what server is selected under Historical Data?

Hi, it was happening on EURUSD EURJPY GBPCHF. I was using NinjaTrader servers for faster load speed. When I switched the FXCM the historical data is fixed and no longer contains the strange gaps. NinjaTrader servers does not sync perfectly with FXCM servers it seems.

I am showing missing data between 4:16 AM Eastern time and 4:40 AM Eastern time as well as 4:42 AM Eastern time to 5:09 AM Eastern time.

Is this the missing data you are reporting?
