Windows 8 update

I had to replace my HD. I reloaded Ninja, everything was working fine all last week. Suddenly yesterday I did a windows update, when I start Ninja, the first screen that shows live trading, multi broker loading shows up but ninja never loads. It is running somewhere because when I try to start it again I get the old "you can only run one instance at a time screen. The other thing is, somehow I got this McAfee on my computer. I think it was an adobe update that did that to me. I uninstalled McAfee. When I tried to load again windows asked if I should allow ninja to pass through, and I said yes. Still does the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

update, It appears to be connected. It gives me the notification when it loses connection.and also gives the noise alert when it connects. I just get nothing visual on the screen.

Did you have any other monitors connected to your PC that have seen been disconnected?
