Multiple connections to IB

I am interested in using NT with multiple IB accounts for trading futures. Can you tell me if there is a maximum number of simultaneous connections"? If so, what is the max.? In addition can the number of contract traded with each IB account be different? Thank you.

We have not tested to see if there is a maximum. If you mean submit a single order that is distributed to all accounts at different sizes based on account --> Then no it not supported.

Thank you for your response. Can you please consider this feature in a future upgrade. It adds a tremendous benefit to the use of NT since if we are trading multiple accounts and possibly with different brokers we would like to allocate based on account equity and other margin characteristics. NT could and would provide an excellent single interface........ Thanks again.
