Error on loading chart data

Hello.

When Brandon was logged onto my machine we saw an error in one instrument that is now occurring in other instruments I watch.

"Error on loading chart data for 'ZN 03-05 Globex': Unaable to load historical data: unknown instrument.

On monthly chart 2/05 is first bar although I have loaded 10years.

Please advise.

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the 'trace.20141006.txt' file.

I think it is Kinetick insofar as continuum loads the data fine.
