FDAX 12-14 NinjaTrader Brokerage feed does not update

Creating a 1 minute chart with FDAX 12-14 from a NinjaTrader Brokerage account loads all historical data, but the data does not then subsequently update in realtime. Is there a problem with this data source?

Apologies. I should have looked there in the first place.

There is an error: "ERROR: 'FDAX 12-14' is not enabled for real time level I quotes.".

May I strongly recommend:

1. When a futures instrument is listed as offered by NTB, it should be fully enabled for historical and realtime data.
2. That data should cover at least the next three scheduled expiry dates.

As there may subscription fees for subscribing to particular instruments, most brokers will let the subscription be left responsible to each trader and their particular needs.

I will, however, submit your request to a supervisor.
