NT API to connect to broker

Hi Support,
we are evaluating (technical), for a client (international broker), if they can connect
as a 3rd party broker to your NT platform.
What do they have to do to become a NT (broker) partner?
Is there any documentation(API) on this topic?
Who do i have to speak to?
